OWN YOUR ROUTE. KNOW THE TERMS.

Join Reliant’s managed Georgia server network or securely return to an application already in progress.

Offer-first transparency No hidden address or case details appear before an assignment is accepted in the approved field system.
New here? What joining Reliant actually involves (about 5 minutes to apply)
  1. Apply Your legal name, contact details, one primary Georgia county, the ZIP codes you cover, and what you can serve. No documents needed yet. You get an application code on the spot — save it; it is how you get back in. After you submit: Reliant reviews the application. You can sign in and keep working on the next steps immediately; you do not have to wait for approval to upload documents.
  2. Sign the contractor agreement The full packet — the services agreement and the separate confidentiality / restrictive-covenant agreement — is shown in your workspace, verbatim. You read it there, type your legal name twice (one signature per agreement), and download your executed copy as a PDF. No third-party signing service, no email round-trip. After you sign: the agreement gate on your activation checklist closes immediately, and your signed PDF stays available to download any time.
  3. Prove your credentials Documents to have ready, as PDF or a clear phone photo, 10 MB each: your process-server registration or license, a government photo ID, a completed IRS Form W-9, and — if you have them — insurance and bond certificates, plus business entity proof if you contract through an entity. Each one goes into private quarantine; it is never displayed back in this workspace. After each upload: the file is security-scanned, then a Reliant person reviews it. Each document shows Scanning, then In review, then Verified — or Re-upload needed with the exact reason. Nothing is needed from you while a document says In review.
  4. Record your court appointments Reliant only routes work to a county where your appointment is current and verified. Add each county, its court, and the expiry date from your signed appointment order. After each submission: a Reliant reviewer checks the claim against your credential documents. Submitting records a claim; it does not open coverage on its own.
  5. Complete your background check Reliant starts a background check with its screening provider when you first sign in. You get a private link (or an email from the provider) to give the legally required authorization on the provider’s own pages. Reliant never sees the report content — only the outcome — and any adverse decision is made by a person.
  6. Connect payouts with Stripe Stripe collects your identity, tax, and bank details on its own secure page. Reliant never sees or stores those values. Have a government ID and your bank details to hand. After you finish: you return here and refresh payout status. It reads Ready when Stripe is satisfied, or More information needed when Stripe still wants something.
  7. Open your availability, then review offers Tick the service levels you will take. Once your application is active and every item above is clear, offers appear here — each showing the general area, required outputs, deadline, and pay before you decide. Exact addresses and case details are never shown before you accept.

Reliant sets pay. The fixed Georgia rate table is on the application form below, before you apply — not after.
