Everything attorneys, agencies, and property managers need to know about our service.
Reliant Process Solutions uses a flat-rate, serve-type pricing model — no zones, no perimeter tiers. Choose the serve type for your primary defendant: Personal serve $80, Substitute serve at residence $75, Personal serve at workplace $85, Corporate — to Registered Agent or Officer $95, Government Entity $95, or Due-diligence affidavit only $65 (no service ordered). Each additional defendant at the same address is a flat +$50, regardless of serve type. Add-ons: document printing $0.25/page, special handling $75, and court filing $45 (standard) or $75 (rush). Speed upgrades: Next-day Rush +$35 or Same-day Rush +$75. Fulton County orders include a one-time $25 surcharge (charged once per order, not per defendant).
Under Georgia law, a defendant cannot legally "refuse" personal service. If a server physically presents the documents to the defendant and the defendant refuses to take them, the server can place the documents at the defendant's feet or nearby — this constitutes valid personal service. Our servers are trained on Georgia's exact statutes and will document the interaction with GPS and photos to ensure the service is legally defensible.
Yes. Georgia law permits service at a defendant's usual place of business when the defendant is present. Our servers are skilled at discreet workplace service, minimizing disruption while ensuring legally valid delivery. For corporate defendants, service can be made on a registered agent, officer, or managing agent at the place of business. All workplace serves are GPS-documented and executed with professionalism.
Address research is not automatic or guaranteed. It may be considered only for an existing service matter after eligibility, permissible-purpose, evidence, and compliance review. Availability, timing, price, data sources, and any next service step are confirmed separately. Do not submit sensitive subject data through public forms.
Yes — court filing is available as an add-on service. Standard court filing is $45; rush filing is $75. We handle filing at the appropriate Georgia court after successful service, and you receive confirmation with the filed affidavit. This is particularly popular with property managers and law firms handling high volumes of similar cases. Court filing is not included in base tier pricing but can be added to any order.
Yes. All Reliant Process Solutions servers are trained on Georgia service of process statutes, certified in proper service procedures, and covered under our general liability and errors & omissions (E&O) insurance policy. Our A-tier servers maintain a 95%+ success rate and undergo continuous performance monitoring. We carry both general liability and professional liability insurance, providing you and your clients with protection against any service errors.
Substituted service in Georgia (O.C.G.A. § 9-11-4(e)(7)) allows service to be accomplished by leaving documents at the defendant's dwelling with a person of suitable age and discretion who resides there. This is a valid method of service when the defendant is not personally present. Our servers are trained to identify appropriate persons for substituted service, collect their information, and document the interaction fully. All substituted serves are GPS-stamped and photographed to create an unimpeachable record.
Eviction (dispossessory) notice service follows our flat-rate pricing model. Most evictions use the Individual — Personal $80 rate; serves on a corporate landlord/tenant entity use Corporate $95. Each additional defendant at the same address is a flat +$50. Court filing of the dispossessory warrant is an additional $45 (standard) or $75 (rush). Many property managers add Next-day Rush (+$35) or Same-day Rush (+$75) for time-sensitive eviction timelines, keeping the case legally compliant. Fulton County orders include a one-time $25 surcharge.
