Your case system places the order. Reliant sends every status event back. The Reliant API is the third access point to the Serve-to-File™ platform — the same servers, documentation standard, and court-filed affidavit as QuickServe and Reliant Pro, driven entirely from your own case management system. Nobody at your firm logs into anything.
An order placed through the API runs the same Serve-to-File loop as every other Reliant order. The difference is where it starts and ends: inside your system.
Reliant electronically files the affidavit of service — the proof that service happened — with the court. Pleadings, complaints, and other case documents are never filed by Reliant.
Service orders originate in the system your staff already works in. Nobody re-keys a matter into a second interface.
Case references, defendant details, and service instructions travel with the order, so every event that returns is already matched to the right matter.
The papers to serve move over an encrypted connection tied to your firm account — no email attachments, no shared drives.
Dispatch, each attempt with GPS and photos, and the served confirmation arrive as structured events — the same record your team would otherwise chase by phone.
The signed affidavit of service is available to your system as soon as it clears quality check — within 24 hours of the serve.
When Reliant e-files the affidavit, your system gets the filing confirmation — and the stamped copy when the court returns it.
Orders, events, documents, and outcomes stay in step with your matters, so the case file is complete without anyone copying anything across.
API orders run on the same statewide acceptance, flat serve-type rates, and Serve-to-File finish as every other Reliant order. Volume pricing is agreed per firm.
API access is switched on for approved firm accounts, and our team works through the integration with yours — credentials, event delivery, and a test run against real order shapes before anything goes live. There is no self-serve signup; that is deliberate, because every integration carries live case data.
