Reliant Pro is the team access point to the Serve-to-File™ platform. Your firm drops the documents and names the outcome; the serve, the GPS and photo record, status to your whole team, the signed affidavit of service, and the court e-filing all run without a paralegal chasing any of it. Orders accepted for every Georgia county, and in covered service areas the first attempt is guaranteed within 48 hours of us confirming the papers.
At volume, service of process turns into administration: calling servers for status, forwarding update emails to the team, collecting affidavits, matching invoices to matters, and sending someone to the courthouse to file proof. None of that work is legal work — and all of it disappears when the platform closes the loop itself.
Attach the matter documents, add the case reference, and choose the finish: serve-to-file (the standard), or serve-and-return for matters your firm files internally.
Reliant reads the package and extracts the service facts. You confirm them before anything is charged or dispatched.
A server holding the authorization the county's courts expect makes the attempts — evenings and weekends included on rush tiers — each one GPS-stamped and photographed.
The signed affidavit lands in your workspace within 24 hours of the serve, and on serve-to-file orders it is e-filed with the court — receipt kept, stamped copy returned.
Every status notification reaches the whole litigation team, so nobody forwards emails or signs into separate accounts to stay current.
Firm references and reusable service instructions carry across matters — special handling, matter numbering, recipient conventions — set once, applied every time.
One clean statement across all matters. Every charge connects to an order, a defendant, and a service result, so reconciliation takes minutes.
Open orders, completed serves, and outstanding balances stay visible in one place — the record your bookkeeper actually wants.
The same GPS-backed, photo-verified affidavit of service in every Georgia county, so your case files look identical no matter where the serve happened.
When the portal itself becomes overhead, connect your case management system to the Reliant API — orders out, every status event back, zero portal time.
No paralegal chasing servers. Standardized affidavits across every county, matter references on every order and invoice, and status that reaches the whole team at once.
Dispossessory service and the proof-of-service filing in one order. The eviction timeline stays on schedule and nobody drives to the courthouse.
Volume attempts with evening and weekend scheduling on rush tiers, and structured status events that map cleanly onto account-level workflows.
Registered-agent verification before dispatch, chain-of-custody handling on request, and consolidated reporting across entities and matters.
Servers holding the authorization each court expects, controlled documentation on every attempt, and itemized invoicing your auditors can follow line by line.
“Our entire litigation team received the status notifications, so no one had to forward emails or log into separate accounts. It has removed a lot of unnecessary follow-up from our paralegals.”Marcus Coleman
“We send Reliant a high volume of matters each month, and the consolidated billing is clean and easy to reconcile. Every charge connects to an order, defendant, and service result.”Emily Richardson
Every Reliant Pro order starts from the published flat serve-type rates — $65 to $95 — with the flat $30 affidavit e-filing on serve-to-file orders. Firms placing 50 or more serves a month qualify for volume pricing: we review your monthly mix of serve types, counties, and speeds and agree terms in writing before the first discounted order. Nothing about your pricing is decided by a form.
Applications are reviewed by our intake team, who set up the firm account, approved members, and billing before your first order. A 6% convenience charge applies to every invoice, itemized on your quote before you pay. Full public rates are on the pricing page.
